In addition to the seasonal worker reforms, Minister Spautz has highlighted plans to enforce stricter regulations on platform work. This includes scrutiny of arrangements involving delivery couriers. Luxembourg authorities are actively investigating concerns related to possible bogus self-employment among these workers, as well as issues regarding the lack of appropriate employment contracts or social-security coverage.
